All complaints regarding sales and delivery must reach us in writing within 5 days of delivery or collection of the goods. The goods remain the property of the seller as long as the purchase price due, has not been paid in full by the buyer to the seller, even if the goods are processed and/or resold by the buyer. Indicated delivery times, are only provided as approximate information, but can never lead to any commitment from the seller. The seat of our company determines the territorially competent court. In the event of total or partial non-payment of the debt on the due date without serious reasons, after unsuccessful notice of default, the debt balance will be increased by 12%, with a minimum of €250, and a maximum of €2,500, even in the case of granting terms of grace.

 

By the fact of entering into agreements with the seller, the buyer acknowledges knowing these conditions and accepting them as 1 integral part of the agreement.2.

Legal warranty

A consumer must report any defect of a product to the final seller. Defects include: non-conformity, inferior quality than the consumer may reasonably expect, defects after purchase, etc.

Do you have a defect in a product that you think is eligible for warranty? Take it to the store where you purchased the item, together with the receipt. The receipt is required to be able to make a claim under the warranty. They will then contact the manufacturer. 

The statutory warranty period is 2 years.

Commercial Warranty

In addition to the legal guarantee, Galico also offers an extended guarantee period on specific products of the house brands Escalo, Practo Home, Practo Garden and Casibel, clearly indicated on the packaging. On our website, these products are provided with an extra icon, with the applicable guarantee (from 3 to 10 years).
